Brishen Beech

Brishen studied Osteopathic Medicine under the regulation of Kingston University and gained an integrated masters degree. Her background of various sports including kickboxing, swimming and horse riding, alongside previous experience within the NHS encouraged her down the route of Osteopathy.

Brishen has experience in treating elderly clients with conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis, as well as experience with younger individuals with sport-related injuries. She has a passion for weight training herself which allows her to relate to clients and provide advice and individualized care.

Brishen is first aid trained and has a qualification in sports massage therapy, which she believes to be a fundamental aspect of preventing pain and maintaining flexibility and range of motion at the joints. Brishen has experience in tailoring her treatments to individual clients based on their needs, whether this be a generalized aches and pains, or specific pain related to an injury.
