Private Health Insurance Claims

We're recognised by BUPA and most major insurers. Here's what to sort out before your first appointment so your claim goes through smoothly.

BUPA

Patients wishing to claim from BUPA must contact BUPA for an authorisation code prior to starting treatment. Please let reception know you will be claiming from BUPA when you book your appointment, to ensure you are seen by Oliver Forbes-Turner, who is a BUPA registered practitioner. When making your initial appointment, please give reception your membership number and authorisation code. We will then be able to check the number of treatments authorised. We will invoice BUPA for your authorised treatments, and any shortfall will be due from the patient.

Other insurers

We are also covered by most major insurance companies, including AXA, WPA and Aviva, but check with reception before booking. Please ensure you have contacted your insurer to check you are covered for Chiropractic or Osteopathy prior to starting treatment. We can invoice most insurance companies but will need your membership/policy number and authorisation number.

Most health insurance companies cover both Chiropractic and Osteopathic treatment. All of our chiropractors and osteopaths are registered with their governing bodies, and their registration numbers are on our practitioners page should your insurance company require these.

We will happily issue you with receipts for you to forward to your insurance company to reclaim the money paid to us.

The Injury Care Clinic and The Treatment Network

Oliver Forbes-Turner is also registered with The Injury Care Clinic and The Treatment Network.
