Jasmine completed an integrated Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the Kingston University in south-west London. Her passion for exercise and healthcare first led her into the medical field through dispensing medication, before deciding to pursue a more hands-on and therapeutic approach through Osteopathy.

Jasmine has completed first aid certification and has experience treating knee injuries, neck pain, and the elderly population with common musculoskeletal complaints such as osteoarthritis. She is also a qualified sports massage therapist and strongly believes massage therapy can play a key role in treatment by improving circulation, increasing flexibility, reducing pain, and helping to prevent injury.

Jasmine is available for Sports Massage on a Wednesday. Appointments can be booked by phone on 020 8661 1613 or online.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys weight-training in the gym, which she finds beneficial for both her physical and mental wellbeing.
