Dr Brian Hammond D.O.D.C. Ph.D. FCC(Orth) PG Cert
Brian Hammond was born in London in 1953 and attended Battersea
Grammar School. He graduated from the Anglo European College of
Chiropractic in 1975 winning the top award for academic
distinction. He was awarded a Ph.D. from the University of Surrey
in 1984 for his research into the prevention of low back pain.
In 1993 he obtained a Diploma in Osteopathy following a two-year
course at The Oxford School of Osteopathy. He was made a fellow of
the College of Chiropractic and Dean of the faculty of Chiropractic
Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics. In 1993 he was listed in the
London Evening Standard’s top 100 doctors in London, “The Best of
British Men” and Debrette’s Peerage.
He has lectured in England, Norway, Denmark, the USA and Canada. He
was Editor of the European Journal of Chiropractic, a member of the
Executive of the European Chiropractors Union and a founder member
of the European Council on Chiropractic Education.
He has been Treasurer of the British Chiropractic Association,
Chairman of the Chiropractic Assessment Board and Chairman of the
X-Ray Standards Committee. In 1999 he was awarded the Presidents
Cup from the British Chiropractic Association for his services to
the Chiropractic Profession.
He is presently a Director of the Charity BackCare, where he was
Director of Research and has been a member of the Society for Back
Pain Research since 1976. He founded Sutton Chiropractic Clinic in
July 1975.

Jason Foggo
Jason Foggo
completed a
Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Biomedical Science at
Wollongong University. He subsequently graduated from MacQuarie
University, Australia with a Masters in Chiropractic. Jason
travelled to the UK to take up a position in Harley Street private
practise before moving to Sutton Chiropractic Clinic. A keen
sportsman, Jason has specialised in sports injuries. He also has a
keen interest in whiplash and care for the elderly and has recently
completed a dry-needling course.

Sern Kjellberg
graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in 1994
having obtained a BSc in Chiropractic. He furthered his
chiropractic education in the paediatric field, completing several
courses on perinatal care of both the pregnant mother and the
infant, including cranial therapy and the development problems of
older children. He uses various techniques, including ultrasound and
dry needling and also has a keen interest in treating low back
conditions and headaches, in particular cervicogenic migraines.

Kay Tomlinson
is a local osteopathic practitioner from Wallington who graduated
with a diploma in Osteopathy and Naturopathy from the British
College of Osteopathic Medicine. Kay has particular interest in
treating sports injuries, stemming back from her participation in
sprint track events at Sutton and District AC. With a second
diploma in Naturopathy, Kay also treats with a largely holistic
approach including natural nutritional advice and hydrotherapy for
many complaints including back pain, headaches, whiplash injuries,
and arthritic pains.

Tessa Hardick
qualified from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in 2005
with a Masters Degree. She has developed a keen interest in sports
injuries and rehabilitation and encourages patients to take an
active rehabilitative approach to recovery. She has completed two
post graduate paediatric modules and enjoys treating babies and
infants for developmental conditions. Her treatment plans for
strains, tendon injuries, tennis and golfers elbow, sciatica and
pregnancy pains have a particular focus on posture and biomechanics.

Daniel Hammond
graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2003 with a first
class honours degree. Since graduating he has trained in the
speciality of chiropractic neurology and is also proficient in sacro-occipital
technique (SOT). Daniel specialises in low back pain, neck pain and
headaches and views rehabilitation as an essential component of the
treatment plan. He recently returned from East Africa where he
provided voluntary chiropractic to local communities. He lives in
Cheam and enjoys socialising and singing in his spare time.

Paola Ash
gained her B(Sc) in 1997 and is registered with the Register of
Exercise Professionals. She holds a Master Diploma in Clinical
Sports Massage and offers Sports and Remedial massage tailored to
suit her clients. She is an Associate member of the Active
Foundation Registered Sports Massage Therapists and her background
in Yoga gives her an insight into how the body likes to be
stretched. Paola regularly liaises with osteopaths, chiropractors,
physiotherapists and personal trainers, to provide a multi-faceted
approach to her treatments.

Stella Hines
qualified in Aromatherapy and Massage in 1993. She is a full member
of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA),
the largest professional aromatherapy practitioner organisation in
the world. Stella has undertaken post graduate studies in
Acupressure Massage Therapy, Stress Management, On-Site Massage,
Aroma-Genera levels 1 and 2, Natural Skin Care and Thermal Stone
Massage.
