Cancellation Policy/Missed Appointments
Short notice appointment cancellation, failed attendance or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts service access to our practitioners for other clients/ patients. To ensure the smooth running of the practice and to make sure we are available to all of our clients/ patients we operate the following cancellation/missed appointment policy.
For appointments longer than 45 minutes we require 24 hours notice.
For appointments of less than 45 minutes we require at least 2 hours notice.
This allows us to run the clinic efficiently so someone else may take your appointment if you need to cancel.
If less notice is given then we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment.
